杏仁饼


开始了 开始了
我终于开始烘烤2013华人新年饼干 嘻嘻
其实 为了要让家人吃到最新鲜的过年饼
所以迟到剩下最后两个星期才准备
这个年饼已经在吾家出现了几年
只因为它很受欢迎
脆脆加上香咸的口感
连远在双溪大年四姐和她的朋友品尝后
都对它念念不忘
 

好久都没参与这类的活动
这次轮到一样来自巴生的Sonia主办
我也不落人后来插一脚 ^_^

食谱 :
110g杏仁粉
165g特幼粉
少许盐
1/2 茶匙苏打粉
1/2茶匙发粉
50g糖粉
100g左右的花生油
1粒扫面用的蛋黄

将全部拌均匀,然后放入适量的花生油。- 搅拌并搓成球形,用1小茶匙做为标准再搓成小粒,然后放在烘盘上。-每一粒的杏仁饼上扫上一层蛋黄,放进烘炉内170度烘烤25分钟。
**烤度和时间只供参考。
