黄梨饼

第二样又是必做的年饼

这次用了来自面子书BW里一个满堂红的食谱
酥中带点脆
溶在口里
口感和味道方面
真的令我满意
没后悔尝试了此食谱


做了两种的造型
上面那个就小小的一口
下面这个造型就必须分两口吃

Your nastar are very perfectly shaped! I'm trying to do this too but have get the best recipe to do this. Any advise or recommendation from you?

Thank you. You may try this recipe ( refer to my link after the 3rd photo. ) She explained it very clearly and I minus the 20g of flour n also omitted the 1tbsp cold water . Overall,I am satisfied with the texture . Good try yea!

这个食谱我也是最近才发现,但黄梨酥我已经收工了,所以这食谱要留在明年了~
