我家的蓝花干
大多都是老友收藏给我的
不懂为何蓝花和我很没有缘份
只是来得及收藏几十朵
翻种了两次都死翘翘
总是会有些白白的小飞虫来袭叶子
所以
我很珍惜老友特地晒干送给我的蓝花
我会省省用
老友的女儿出国留学
她为女儿办了一个小型的欢送会
身为老友的我们为了减轻她自己包办的这个自由餐
趁这个机会出了一份小小的心意和力量
做了一些甜品送给她客人享用
好喜欢这个慢慢调出来的天空蓝

刚好和当天的天气相映成趣
食谱就是跟回之前燕菜蛋糕的份量和做法
A)1000ml 蓝花水 + 120g幼糖
+ 12g燕菜精+5片班兰叶
煮滚待用
B) 700ml水 +
120g幼糖 + 13g燕菜精 + 5片班兰叶 + 1/2小匙盐
煮滚关火加入以下材料
300ml 新鲜椰浆拌均
煮稍微锅子旁边小泡就可以关火
